SAMFU has two core programs that are implemented with cross-cutting focus on advocacy for human rights, peaceful co-existence and conflict prevention in rural communities. Key amongst the stakeholders are vulnerable local communities (including local leaderships, women and youth groups, other local structures) that are at the fringes of agriculture and other natural resource extraction in Liberia and along coastlines. Others include topical government line entities, private sector actors, human and environmental rights defenders, other CSOs/NGOs and INGOs. The programs include:
